About UsThe Preston Road Neighbourhood Development Company is a registered charity which is regenerating the 6000-population East Hull Estate. The area was awarded funding from the Government in 2000 under its New Deal for Communities scheme, a ten-year neighbourhood renewal initiative from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. PRNDC works with public, private and voluntary sector partners. |

Preston Road NDC’s head offices are based at the Regeneration Centre on Flinton Grove, over the years the company has expanded to other offices, including the Community Learning Centre on Maybury Road and the Solution Centre, originally on the site of the now named ‘Village Centre’. The company has grown as new buildings have been created across the estate, the Freedom Centre, East Hull Centre for Horticulture, and the latest on the estate the new open staged ‘Expressive Arts Centre’.
The company has worked with many different partners to achieve the status that we are at today, and as the company is coming into it’s final years, the creation of more sustainable projects will ensure a life behond Preston Road NDC.
