NewsWelcome to the first edition of your online Newspaper. Our aim is to primarily inform but also to entertain our residents with all that is happening in your area - from coffee mornings to policy issues. And for that aim to become realised, we need YOU to help too. We also have a team of correspondents - lead by local man and community news editor Steve Furgusson - who’s job it is to keep you informed and make sure the News gets into YOUR paper. If there is anything you wish to highlight do not hesitate to get in touch, we are always open to your ideas. If you wish to submit a story, promote a club, hobby or sport or pastime, Preston Road Life is there for you. We wish to cover every aspect of life on the estate, bring you the news, celebrate our past achievements and welcome a brighter future where Preston Road becomes a better place for ALL to live. Steve furgusson, who is a resident (pictured) has been involved in quite a vast number of events and activities that were made available for all of the community over the years. He was one of the many people involved with the design of John Hadland Park. Lots of changes were made to the original equipment for the park.
