Projects - Community Wardens- meet the team

 

Mike MasonMike Mason: - Team Leader

As Team Leader, Mike is responsible for the day to day running of the team.


 

Steve EldbvigeSteve Eldbvige: - Assistant Team Leader

Steve supports Mike in looking after the team, and running operations out on the streets. Steve is an experienced Warden and is able to help the rest of the team with their specialisms.

 

Graham WalkerGraham Walker: - Warden

Graham is our environmental Warden, patrolling the streets for hours at a time finding fly tipping and defects to report to the council. He is also actively involved with a lot of the youth work undertaken in our area including music clubs, litter picks and playing Santa at Christmas parties.

 

Angie LongboneAngie Longbone: - Warden

Angie looks after the older and more vulnerable residents of the area. She spends her days visiting and phoning the clients and helping them with any arising issues. Angie also runs the K9 project in schools, teaching children how to be safe around dogs, and is a resident domestic violence worker.

 

Lisa HewittLisa Hewitt: - Warden

Lisa works on the detached areas, patrolling, visiting vulnerable residents and helping out in schools. She has recently taken over the running of our over 55’s lunch club, which has proved a massive hit with the oldies.

Matt La ToucheMatt La Touche: - Warden

Matt is another of our detached Wardens. He has built up good links with agencies across the estates, and is often supporting them with their projects. He has been involved with cycling proficency, school fund days, crime initiatives and working with vulnerable adults.

 

Caroline SmithCaroline Smith: - Warden

Caroline is one of only two Wardens citywide qualified to give smoking cessation classes. She looks after all health matters with our residents, whether it’s quitting the fags or eating 5 a day! Caroline is also a detached area Warden comfortable working with any of our client groups.

Steve MottershawCapsule Story: - Warden

Steve is our youth Warden. He deivers the Junior Warden sessions in our area, dresses up as Wilbur for the K9 project and supports schools with their activities. Steve also supports elderly residents and helps out with other Warden activities when needed.
