Projects

Throughout it’s lifetime the NDC has seen over 200 projects come in and out of its doors. Projects of all kinds of nature, from supporting the residents of the estate to environment and housing improvements. Originally all projects where based within the Regeneration Centre on Flinton Grove, the NDC’s head offices.

As time has progressed new buildings have been developed and the NDC has expanded across the estate, creating larger and more sustainable projects for the future once the NDC has reached it’s Year 10 end. These projects will, by becoming social enterprises exist long after then NDC has finished, ensuring that the regeneration and development of the estate can continue long after the company disbands.
