Preston Road Residents Association

Who are we?

Preston Road Residents’ Association was launched in response to a Government request for a Residents voice in the regeneration of the Estate. A sub-group of the then Preston Road Consortium in 1999 started the moves towards such an organisation…Late 1999 saw the launch of the present Association.

The Future

Preston Road Residents’ Association is now based at the Craven Lea Community Houses on Endeavour Crescent. With the regeneration programme ending in 2010 the responsibility of caring for the projects will switch to the residents so it is essential that we have a strong Association ready to take on that responsibility.
